Tammy Hadfield is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse practitioner who studied at the Weber State University and the University of Utah, where she obtained her Master’s in Nursing. Since 1991, Tammy has been practicing Women’s Health and in 2004, she began specializing in bio-identical hormone replacement for men and women, gynecological health, and age management. Tammy joined FMI Center for Optimal Health in 2024 and is specializing in hormone optimization for men and women, sexual wellness, lichen sclerosis treatment, thyroid management, and age management medicine.

A desire to bring alternative therapies and options to patients for their healthcare
